How do I know the price won’t change mid-repair?
Our quotes are flat-rate and locked before we start. If we discover a second unrelated issue, we stop and give you a separate quote before touching it.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
It covers the exact repair we performed — parts and labor. If the same failure returns within 90 days, we return and fix it free. New unrelated failures are a separate service call.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
We just need access to the appliance. Our technicians are background-checked. We’ll contact you if any decision needs to be made.
